Sure, this project is more ambitious than last year’s. We’re trying to raise nearly the same goal in half the time; but together we can do this! And let’s not forget what this is all about. The heart of any restaurant is it’s kitchen and its customers; without it and without YOU, there would be no award-winning food. And the bottom-line… why should the bank get the interest from us for borrow money you’ve put there for safekeeping? We’d rather give the interest directly to you for your support!
The way it works is simple:

(media & otherwise = word-of-mouth) to let others "in on the deal”.
